2. Virtual Goods

All items sold on this site are virtual in-game items for the Minecraft server Dragon Earth. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

3. Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

  • Account punishments (ban/mute)

  • Technical issues outside our control

4. Server Bans & Violations

Purchasing from our store does not exempt you from server rules. If you break the rules and are banned or punished, you will not receive a refund.

5. Technical Issues

If you do not receive your purchased item(s), please contact us via Discord or open a support ticket. We will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • We only collect data necessary to process purchases (such as your Minecraft username and email address).

  • We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers (Schedule 1)

Under EU law, digital goods are eligible for a 14-day right of withdrawal unless the service is delivered immediately and the buyer consents to losing that right.

By purchasing from the Dragon Earth Store:

  • You acknowledge that your item(s) will be delivered immediately, and

  • You explicitly agree to waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
